My family and I stopped here for lunch on our trip through BC with our dog. We were glad to hear that they have a dog friendly patio!! Other than a little bit of a wait at the start, we were greeted by Courtney who made our experience go from good to great! She was so friendly and personable, she even brought over a big water dish for our dog! She convinced us to share the spicy pickle sticks and they were SO good, tangy and crispy! I recommend the Caesar Salad + chicken, Spicy Korean Bowl, and the Fisher Peak Buddha Bowl + chicken. The portions were quite big and our leftovers were still good the next day. We were all drinking ice tea so she brought over a pitcher which was really nice. Overall, Courtney made the experience amazing by going the extra mile! This will definitely our pit stop every summer. Thanks Heid Out!

We stopped on our way to Banff because the menu was a bit unique. The White Wolf Hazy IPA was really good but the food was heavy with sauces. The sliders were good but the brussel sprouts were drenched in white sauce and cheese and the spicy Korean bowl was also drowning in sauce. It was nice to sit out on the patio and watch the storm move in. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Wide open atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting, an outside eating area, and a tent. Plenty of unique alcoholic drinks to choose from. Coffee is delicious and served in an XXL mug which is much appreciated.
Service was informative, friendly and prompt despite being rather busy. A great variation of dishes to choose from on the menu. The Short Ribs were fall-off-the-bone and marinated with a tasteful blend of vegetables and spices.
The Date Honey Cake was massive, delicious and very dense - I wouldn't recommend ordering this for yourself after a large meal unless you plan on sharing or getting a box to go. It could have used a touch more whip cream and fruit to combat the denseness (dry) but otherwise highly recommend 👍👍

My kids and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Dryden happily answered all my questions about celiac safe menu choices. He was incredibly knowledgeable and doubled checked when he wasn’t sure about something.

I've been here just twice and have only had the Schnitzel and spaetzle with veggies but it's really good. The veggies are cooked to perfection with a little bit of a crunch. And I don't know what's with their soda water but it's so fizzy and refreshing, I know this sounds crazy because it's just water but if you're a water snob like me you'll love this perfectly cold glass of soda water. I tried a sip of beer from my partner's and it was so good. He said it's one of the best he's ever had. Our server Tjaart was such a sweetheart.

This place gets very busy for dinner and they don't take reservations so keep that in mind.

Stopped for lunch on a whim on Friday, May 2 and had a fantastic experience! I ate a Thai curry including clams, mussels, and shrimp with some delicious sourdough on the side--all tasted extremely fresh and was cooked perfectly. And the beer--so tasty and refreshing! I also need to mention the service. Everyone working there treated us so well, and the things we ordered came to us quickly. Honestly, it's difficult to think of anything that could have made our lunch experience better. I could not recommend this place any more strongly.
