This past fall, I purchased the Neptune Sauna from The Little Building Company/The Little Sauna Company. The whole process from interest to install was smooth, positive and fun!!

Alex, sales lead, was always available for my many questions whether through email or phone and was knowledgeable, communicative and prompt in his responses.

Dave, director, and Alex were efficient and masterful in completing the sauna build and went above and beyond to ensure my sauna experience was perfect!!

I recently purchased my outdoor sauna from The Little Sauna Company and I am extremely impressed with both the product and the entire buying experience. From start to finish, the company made the process seamless and stress-free.

First off, the customer service was exceptional. Alex and Dave were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, patiently answering all my questions about the different sauna models and helping me choose the best one for my space and needs. They provided clear, detailed information about the installation, operation and maintenance, which made me feel confident in my decision.
The installation process was smooth and efficient. The team arrived on time, and the whole build was completed much faster than I anticipated. They were respectful of my property, and they even went above and beyond to make sure everything was level, properly sealed, and ready for use. As for the sauna itself, it’s absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is evident in every corner, and the quality of materials is top-tier.
