Je recommande fortement ce bistrot. Un accueil de qualité dans des locaux propres, la cuisine est finement bonne, ils ont des boissons de qualité, les serveuses sont belles et l'ambiance est parfaite.

We were fortunate to have the best view on the patio which added to the experience as we enjoyed a selection of uniquely crafted cocktails. The service was excellent, our server Suzy was wonderful, friendly and provided some great suggestions. The food was very flavorful, fresh and came pretty quickly. The cauliflower and mushroom surprised us with how good it was, it will not disappoint.

Great location, lovely service. Food with a middle eastern twist. 4 plates between two people was a good amount! Resos recommended, they close the kitchen not long after 8p; anticipate 1.5-2hrs for 2 people to enjoy the dining experience.
Highlights of our evening was the burrata.

My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at the Pink Bistro (with our son). This is a delightful and cozy restaurant located in downtown Gibsons with a spectular view. First of all, we were impressed with the great service. All the staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. We ordered 5 dishes - all of which were delicious and bursting with flavor. The Crispy Za'atar Chicken, Harissa Prawns and Cripsy Cauliflower dishes were definitely our favorite! Overall, it was an amazing dining experience! Highly recommended!

The food was amazing. Each dish was rich with flavour and texture. We built an amazing meal through picking 2 dishes each. Lisa was great at arranging our reservation, and was amazing at serving us.

One of my favourite places to eat out, i wish i got a chance to visit more often! Always the best attentive, lovely service and amazing food & drinks. I have never, ever been disappointed here even in the slightest. I am Lebanese and really enjoy their traditional middle eastern flavours but with a more contemporary twist. Their food makes me feel so good and happy. You can tell Mike and the kitchen team puts so much heart and care into every dish. The place is beautiful and clean, with simple yet elegant design touches. The cocktails are inventive and executed perfectly. I just love the Pink House and can’t wait until i can eat there again 🙂 thanks Mike & Lisa for being so awesome!
