Lucky me! I walked in and got immediate service to unlock my phone (forgot new password). Nick was the best techie I've ever interacted with. He also helped me with a couple of other small problems. Excellent customer service, clear explanations. This is my go-to techie shop from now on!

Nick did an excellent job of replacing the hard drive and recovering all the info on my laptop. The service was great, price very reasonable and top notch service. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend The Techie Inc to anyone requiring help with their laptops etc

Unbelievable service and expertise. I brought in an old Dell laptop and Nick, the technician replaced the old hard drive with an SSD, solid state drive, and also installed Windows 10, for an incredibly competitive price! This is the best deal in PEI. Thank you Nick. You won me as a life-long customer.

The Techie is always friendly and fast service. My company uses them for all our IT needs. We recently bought 2 refurbished computers from them and they installed 2 new cameras. We didn't have to worry about anything, they delivered, installed and set them up in no time. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the opportunity to have in-home tech-support and services with Jordan. Jordan is extremely polite and knowledgable and very responsive and getting back to me with any questions.
I recently also purchased a computer and the service was excellent. Nick was very helpful and always a response to any questions that I had. I feel like he went above and beyond and helping me set up my laptop and getting me off to a great start.
I love that I can speak with someone directly here on Prince Edward Island one of the perks of dealing with someone local.

I had 4 TVs (with speakers, cable boxes etc ) all hung on walls and set up in four different rooms. The two technicians that came were professional, polite and did an amazing job ( they even vacuumed any dust up). They made certain I was happy with exact alignments taking much care in their work. They also made sure I knew how everything worked before they left. I highly recommend The Techie Inc.
