The Water Doctor was amazing to work with, Jarod was very friendly and came right away for an in home estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable about the different options and explained everything so well. We got him to install a whole home RO system and it was done quickly and professionally and he walked through the entire system when it was set up. He even followed up the next few days to make sure everything was running well and to make sure we were happy. Since he is a certified plumber too he was also able to move the utility sink and upgrade some plumbing while he was installing the RO system so we could still use the utility room. I would highly recommend him to everyone, we have safe, clean, amazing drinking water now and a surprisingly simple to use system!!

We called Jerrod when we lost water pressure. After taking a look Jerrod found that we are getting a lot of sand into our system and our water softener was clogged up. We have other water problems as well with uranium and arsenic in the water as well as a lot of iron. Jerrod recommended a new softener system, a sand trap, a chlorination system and a reverse osmosis system. He was able to install everything within a couple of days and our water has never been better. Installation was quick and Jerrod made sure everything was working well and followed up with us to make sure everything was okay. We could not be happier and we highly recommend Jerrod at The Water Doctor.

Jarod is great to work with. He explains everything ,makes suggestions but doesn’t put pressure on to get you to purchase a product. He lets you know what to expect and gives a quote that he sticks too unless he doesn’t need to do everything he thought he would have to . In our case that meant a lower cost than what he quoted ! He’s our go to guy for any water related issues
