These guys answer the phone and follow up! We had an issue with our furnace, they scheduled us for a month out and gave us an estimate over the phone. Dustin arrived on the day and time scheduled, assessed the job, did repairs efficiently and sent us the bill on his way out the driveway. When it turned out that the issue required further repairs, he insisted on returning to our home immediately, figured out the other issues, sent us a quote and timeline for a furnace replacement part on his way out the driveway, and followed up with us the next working day. The additional repairs came in under the quote. We will 100% be reaching out to Thomas Heating and Electric as the need arises. Thank you!

This required him/them to find and harvest some old parts. It was all completed in a timely manner and well within their estimate. Great company to deal with! Waited and waited for another company and then someone recommended I call Thomas Heating & Electric instead. I’m so glad I did. Dustin came out and had my Valor fireplace up and running again in no time. They actually were able to come in sooner than originally booked and I’m quite grateful for their level of service. Dustin is super knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. He took the time to explain a few options I wasn’t aware of with my fireplace as well. Highly recommend!

Dustin services our beautiful GAS fireplace, He is VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond, solved our issues PLUS made fine tuning adjustments for optimal performance AND he told us to get the REBATE $$ from Fortis BC!! By far the best, and the office support, Michelle and Melissa are absolute gems for helping us get our appointment, parts, and sleuthing out our concerns to make the most of our appointment time etc. This is by far the best experience we have ever had with heating contractor service and support, hands down. Plus the price was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

The tech came out on a service call. Stated the FP was not serviceable and that we needed a new unit. That's fine, it was old. He took detailed measurements and said someone from Thomas would contact us about a quote. Crickets for a week. I followed up with a polite email. Nothing back for another week. Another polite reminder.... another week goes by without even an acknowledgement. Unbelievably rude. Don't waste your time.
