I had the pleasure to do a Christmas shoot at the Thorncliffe Place Retirement Center. The staffs were such a pleasure to work with and they are amazing to the seniors. You can tell that they are all kind people. They organized for Mr & Mrs Claus to be there so they could feel like kids again. Beautiful moments!!

My very senior (90's) Mom has been very happy living at Thorncliffe for the past year. Due to its smaller size, staff really know the residents and address their individual needs, give everyone friendly attention, and basically create a more home-like atmosphere. Although we are officially in "independent living" I was impressed that the nursing staff seem to keep an eye on all the residents and have been very proactive in preventing illness and taking care of small health issues that crop up. If you are looking for a happy atmosphere in a well-managed organization, Thorncliffe would be a good choice.

This is a great little gem of a retirement home. I had to help a friend of mine find a place for here sister. We somehow discovered Thornecliffe Place Retirement
Residence in Bells Corners. To this day we have no idea how we found it but it was a true blessing.
Adriana and her staff are simply amazing. The residents are provided with excellent medical care and the selection of food is amazing.
Although Marion was only able to spend 9 months there before here passing, it quickly did become her home. She was so fond of everyone there. She was treated like family and she considered everyone there her family.

Following a terrible accident, we urgently needed to find a place for our mother to convalesce.

Based on numerous recommendations from both friends and trusted healthcare professionals, we arranged a last-minute meeting with Adriana, the General Manager of Thorncliffe Place.

From the very start, Adriana demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, answering all our questions clearly and honestly while remaining flexible to our needs. She explained what sets Thorncliffe apart from other homes and provided a full tour, allowing us to see available rooms and experience firsthand the many features and services offered.

Although our mother’s stay lasted only a few months, what stood out most was the true sense of community and pride among the staff—not only in how they interacted with residents and visitors but also in the way the home was maintained and operated.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Thorncliffe for their care and support, not just for our mother but for us as well, during this challenging time.
