Worst experience I have ever had with any business.

My wife called ticktockteck because I believed my PSU needed to be replaced called the number on there website talked to man who told her they charge 24 an hour then got redirected to a technician named abdullah this guy showed up late at 8:30 pm we agreed on 8pm walkes in and determines its power supply then tells us it costs $100-150 for the power supply and with labor ... So we got quoted for $400!! So a 30 minute job took 10+ hours of labor? The technician also said he would be replacing our PSU with the EXACT SAME PART he would order it the next day Abdullah then takes our PC, and leaves no paperwork only contact info we had was his phone number we didn't hear from him for 2 days leaving me and my wife extremely nervous and regretting our decision we called Abdullah and the main contact from tick tock tech multiple times with no answer.

On Saturday Abdullah finally responds by saying he's dropping it off it's finished.

I was at work when the technician arrived and dropped off our PC charged us $400 via direct deposit told my wife it was the best part and he put it in especially because of my family because we have young children, when I got home and opened up our PC I realized the part Abdullah put inside is a $40 USED PART that is not commercially available for retail which means it couldn't have been bought new it was stripped from an old machine probably a dell and put in my machine and I was charged $400 for it.

My old PSU was a deep cool DA500 500 WATT a $60 dollar reliable PSU what was replaced was not what we agreed to what I got was a Ac Bel FSA034 610W higher W doesn't matter when the quality is unreliable its literally a fire hazard the took advantage of our lack of PC knowledge and put in a cheap part and overcharged overall this is the worst experience I've ever had and it was so bad that we didn't even know if we were getting our PC back because there was no paperwork no email no contact or updates at all until the day of drop off.

So even though our PC was fixed it was fixed with an unreliable used part that I need to replace before I can use our PC so I'm out $400 and in the same boat I was before I called tick tock tech.

The technician was trying to make it out like they were doing us this big favor like $400 for a PSU swap that took 2 days is a steal!

We picked tiktoteck because it's rating is 4.9 and the reviews were mostly positive.

1 star if I could rate this service, lower 0 stars.

Edit: my wife called and made the appointment but I was there and spoke with the technician I have adullas text messages and phone number so that's all the proof I need you can denie I was a customer all you want but I'm the one who paid the $400 there was no email involved.

I made this review instead of my wife because I don't feel like she should have to deal with this situation this is my honest review of your services.

Also there was no evaluation work order or anything of the sort all we got from Abdullah was a thank you message via text which I'll be happy to provide and send to the email that you provided.
