My sales rep was Danny Ippoliti. My first contact with him was over the phone as I was an out-of-town buyer. Considering this day-and-age, a lot of sales are done over the phone or 'virtual'. I had contacted many dealerships across varied brands, and Danny from Tilbury Chrysler was not only very professional, he was down-to-earth, personable, understanding and extremely efficient. He understood the distance, my situation, my goals, my needs and was able to ultimately deliver. All this being done 100s of kms away. There was no surprises, no tactics, just honest-to-goodness business - effective. My only gripe, is that I had not gotten in contact with him before having had the conversations I had with many dealers in Ontario. I would do repeat business and I hope that Danny is thriving still at Tilbury when I make my next vehicle purchase (Charger, Challenger, Ram). I would like to also address the easy-going, relaxed, but supportive and engaging atmosphere and staff at the location. Having been to many and having purchased many vehicles, this was a tremendous beneficial surprise and I hope to see this continue. I will be sure to let family, friends and industry professionals know! These are qualities that should be celebrated and awarded. If you need to buy a vehicle, go see Danny at Tilbury Chrysler! This guy goes above and beyond for his customers! When I was there looking at trucks and filling out paperwork, my son was complaining he was starving. Danny ran across the road and bought him a kids meal from McDonald’s. A few days later, I picked up my new Ram from Tilbury Chrysler and Danny paid to have my two front windows tinted out of his own pocket!
