What an awesome find! This was a stop on the Chocolate Trail in Stratford. Service was awesome - great recommendations and advice. There’s a wide variety of coffee available - our favourites are the Ethiopian (yum) and the Espresso (double yum).
Will drive from London to Stratford for this coffee.

The best coffee in all the land! Freshly roasted weekly. Lots of different beans, blends and roasts. They also have a great selection of French press and pour over coffee makers, grinders, mugs and just about anything else that you'd need to make a great cup of coffee. Plus, they have hot coffee to go. We've become a bit of coffee snobs since buying this coffee - nothing else compares! Keep up the great work!

A fabulous spot for great coffee with blends for every coffee connoisseur (strong and bold to smooth and subtle). The staff always provide great guidance on new blends to try. Thankfully they also do many of the local farmers markets so you can pick this up around the area.

5 stars isn’t nearly enough. The community is so fortunate to have a shop like To Bean or Not to Bean and it’s wonderful, kind owners. Great selection of not only the beans but roast levels of all their beans. Having a local roaster you get to know and trust is extremely beneficial for coffee nerds. Especially when it comes to sourcing and true ethical coffee practices. Thank you for what you do!

I don't get take out coffee often, but I enjoyed a delicious cup this morning from To Bean or Not to Bean. Really neat shop for the coffee lover. I recommend you stop in and check it out.

I have always been met with the warmest service. The folks at this co-op coffee roastery took no time at all to win my unending loyalty. Ethically sourced, organic beans. Special blends and a range of flavours-- the people are always willing to take the time to inform & sample- whether at their shop, the farmer's market on Saturdays or the Stratford Sunday market. I am, right now, sipping the 33 1/3 coffee out of a hand crafted mug made by a local artist and purchased at To Bean or Not To Bean last Christmas. No better way to start my day.

Love the folks at "To Bean or Not To Bean"...they are all so genuinely passionate about their coffee . Talk about being able to walk their talk. I started off buying a cup of pressed coffee, loved it so much I switched the coffee at my restaurant ( after offering the same coffee for over twenty years) TBONTB won me over. Their roasting is pure genius. Don't take my word for it...come and try it out at York Street Kitchen on Erie, coffee is on me!

Great coffee, from great people, in a great community. Once you get coffee (either beans, ground, or your drinkable cup of "Joe") from these folks your life will never be the same. Although tastes can vary, they will have an awesome roast to more than appease your palette, or will do everything they can to make one. Personally, I recommend the "Not Fade Away" Blend as I won't drink anything else at home anymore. What are you waiting for! They're not hard to find. Go get some of their beans today!
