Was greated right away while entering the store. Employees were not pushing for sales. Anytime I need help or wanted to try clothes on they we always ready and willing to help. All items were on sale and walked out with some great clothes and a reasonable price.

One of my favourite places for casual wear. The outlet mall had a huge collection and they keep changing it so it is always worth a visit.

NOVEMBER 28, 2023, 7:28 PM. We spent at least 2 hours shopping here and bought stuff worth over $500. The whole time we were shopping, the store manager and most of the staff kept making faces at us and talked to us rudely. We needed to try on a lot of things since we were buying a lot of things, and that was so rudely accommodated even though there were barely any other customers in the store. We were constantly being monitored in a way that it made us extremely uncomfortable. It was giving racist vibes. Besides one staff that we met initially, there were no other nice staff in store. I wish i had gotten her name, she was wonderful and helpful. When we were done shopping and made our way to the checkout to purchase all items, we greeted the cashier and she gave us no response. We kept thanking her, and she didn't respond, but only with eye rolls. We decided we wanted to take a couple items off the bill, maybe 4-5 items out of the many we bought. She made a horrible face at us when we asked for that. The Manager was also present and we had to stop her from bagging everything since we wanted some items off. Once we were done deciding, she asked us so rudely, " were these items ScAnNeD?" The tone was implying that we were taking them without paying which is how we were made to feel the whole time we were shopping and with the creepy monitoring. She should ask that question to the cashier and not us, and those items were already in fact scanned. We started to leave the store after paying and were only given unnecessary facial expressions even though we said good night, and constantly kept thanking them. Absolutely horrible customer service, made us feel extremely feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend dealing with these people. Absolutely horrible and rude. Left the store extremely unhappy even though we were excited to shop. Especially the girl that cashed us out and the manager, both horrible at treating customers, and both people lacking basic mannerism and human decency. If there were an option, I would rate the service negative stars.

I had good customer support service experience I returned a particular dress I bought twice on consecutive days and same people attended to me without any iota of irritation I was apprehensive on my second visit. It went well for us all because my escort on the second visit bought himself a shirt. We all won (smiles). Altogether the shops hold nice stock at this time sure to go again to buy something different this time.

Went in to purchase a pair of shorts for my husband (tonight) just before closing. There was a young lady and tall guy at the door. Asked to use the change room. “They are closed” okay. Can I get these take them home and if I don’t fit bring them back. “You have to buy them first!” Said the men. Of course I’m going to buy them. Honestly kids without common sense work at this store. Out of 10 years working customer service I’ve never answered to any customer like this. I keep getting these types of service at this location. It’s getting to a point where I’ll go to Vaughan mills instead.

Love the Tommy store, they always have great deals and sales. The tommy club is great for saving money as well. This is my favorite store and I wear only Tommy Hilfiger boxer briefs and Tommy socks, they are very comfortable. There's always good deals on jackets and shirts here.
