Cette compagnie est médiocre.
Le service est pourrit. Les techniciens sont blaser et non coopératifs. Il ne respecte même pas les heures de rendez vous. Après trois semaines j'ai décidé de faire appel à une compagnie de St-Sauveur. Wow quel différence...

Got xplore internet installed, the installer was in such a rush he didn't even seal up the hole through my outside wall that he drilled to pass the wire through and didn't make the wire long enough to put the router where I asked....I would not recommend them. Sloppy workmanship.

No one to answer calls. Leave messages and no one return calls. When I finally get an appointment no one shows up and when I finally reach someone (let it ring forever) and I'm given another appointment I'm told that no appointment was given.... Sooooooo frustrating! Truly a non professionnal organization.

This company is a JOKE !!! If I could give “0” stars, I would ! They shouldn’t be in business because they cannot provide the service to their customers they promise. When you call and complain about poor service (NO service) or internet, “IF” they even bother to phone you back- they keep you on the phone going through stupid “tests” that are irrelevant to the issue you’re having. They are unable to keep up with the demand of internet service to the vast amount of customers they have ! Well as soon as my contract is over, it will be one less customer they will need to provide internet service to ! Take some advice- look for another ISP !!!

NEVER USE TOTAL TELECOM--THEY CAME AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR 4 DAYS AND INSTALLATION FAILED. I CALLED BACK WITH NEW WORK ORDER AND THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR THEM TO FIX IT. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN IT WAS THERE ERROR, RECEPTIONIST HUNG UP ON ME.!!! THEY MAKE YOU WAIT A WEEK BEFORE FIXING THEIR ERROR. UNACCEPTABLE. USE OTHER COMPANIES
