The more you learn, the more you realize just how much it can do—and it’s worth every second spent getting to know it.

One of the best parts? It’s Canadian! 🇨🇦 I love supporting a local company, and their customer support is nothing short of legendary. We’ve only had amazing experiences, and whenever we’ve needed help, Jerome has been an absolute rockstar. The guy knows Tracker inside and out—he’s basically a Tracker wizard! No matter the problem, he has a solution, and he does it with a great attitude every single time.

Tracker Support is likely one of the most reliable and thorough support services I have used. Throughout our time using Tracker software, we've encountered many intricacies specific to our clinic. This means individual attention & care is needed, and always received. They rarely apply blanket solutions, and work collaboratively to ensure issues are resolved in a complete manner. Fairly new to using tracker here at our clinic, I just wanted to give shout out to Nick D every time I call for some help, this guy is a superstar, he jumps on my computer and is so helpful showing me step by step how to trouble shoot my issue. He is very patient, kind and has a great sense of humor. I cross my finger every time I call that he answers the phone. He is a TOP performer within your company hands down, you are very lucky to have him apart of your team. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Our office switched to Tracker April 1, 2024. As always at the beginning there are many challenges you encounter especially after 20 years being on a different software. This software has great features and highly recommend this software to anyone. Tracker support has been amazing but one person who has always gone above and beyond is Maria C she has always been so helpful and patient with us, we are always so so happy when she picks up the phone.

Called Tracker technical support early on a Saturday morning as our clinic was having issues. Within minutes I received a call back from Neil the tech and he helped solve our issue in a speedy friendly manner.
