Kevin and the team at Transpera did an amazing job helping me with one of my clients. There was an issue with WordPress & WooCommerce integrating with an important new inventory software that we just couldn't get to work.

Wow, this company's response in my 'hour of need' was simply amazing and I wasn't even their client - yet. In a random conversation where I shared my frustration with an IT specialist a months and months long problem was solved. She referred me to Transpera saying "Kevin would help or know someone who could". Kevin had 90 minutes before his next meeting and spent it on the phone with me solving my website problems. The experience I had was simply priceless - money can't buy the attitude and responsiveness and sheer technical speed and competence that Kevin gave me right there and then 'because he had 90 minutes before his next commitment'. Right there and then, on the phone, he reprogrammed/changed everything on my website's structure and the linking of the content that I was desperate to change to capitalize on an opportunity. I was told by another web developer the site was un-salvageable and to just start again. Kevin however created a short term solution, RIGHT THEN AND THERE. Thank you Kevin - your 'people service' will have me coming back and new customers will be lucky they found you.
