THIS LADY IS A SCAM ARTIST AND WILL AVOID ANY ACCOUNTABILITY. There is no excuse for her poor communication and she's now effectively stolen money from me. Use my reviews and other reviews as a warning, do not book with her unless you want a frustrating experience.

We had a twin photo shoot booked and at 9pm the night before our scheduled, prepaid appointment, she asked us to reschedule for another time. The day of the shoot we managed to get 2 hours of photos completed, but had to reschedule since the twins were very fussy. She offered to come to our place to reshoot, but haven't heard from her in over 3 weeks now. What is the point of the original pictures, the twins looks very different now than 3 weeks before. We've tried incessantly to get in contact, to no avail. Its heart breaking that we've lost those pictures.

Sine then we've tried to reschedule by calling & texting her but she ignores texts, calls and does not actively try to rebook. No one is that busy. She's provided nothing but an incredibly frustrating experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Get another job lady.

My sister in law Booked and paid for a newborn and family session for my family and twins on a Friday evening. Tricia messaged at 9pm the night before, to reschedule and said we could move to Saturday, Sunday or Monday. We asked for Saturday and she did not reply until late Sunday afternoon that she had rescheduled us to Monday. We accepted as we had no other choice.

We arrived and the twins were not very cooperative. Tricia got a few photos of each of the twins and no family photos. She agreed to reschedule and try again soon, and travel to us. It has been over 3 weeks. Myself, my husband and my sister in law have called and texted multiple times with absolutely no replies.

We have no photos at all and no she has not refunded any money.

Previous reviews and our own experience make us feel like she is discriminating against people of colour (as my husband is of colour) A friend of mine (Caucasian) has reached out to see if she got a reply, and she got a reply within 45 minutes.

Tricia is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I would never recommend her to anyone. She is a complete and utter scam artist.

Booking with Trisha was a terrible experience. We had newborn photos with her which we had to reschedule during the shoot. She told us she could finish the photos the following week and would come to our home to do it. She has not returned a single call or email from us and has taken our money and never sent us any of the photos she took during the shoot. Stay away from this photographer at all costs. We had one of our friends contact her and she responded to them right away, judging from previous reviews she discriminates against people of color. Terrible business, DO NOT SUPPORT.

We have family pics taken every year with Tricia for 15years now. Love all of them. She makes everyone comfortable and finds beautiful nature backgrounds or he in studio set is great also.

Tricia owed us a mini family photoshoot due to deficiencies from the last family photoshoot we did with her.

I had a phone conversation about it with her on Oct 9 and she agreed to do one on Oct 20th. The location was pending so I emailed her about it. Almost 2 weeks-4 phone calls, multiple emails and texts later, we still haven't heard back. My husband and I both need to book time off work/ I need book hair and makeup for this and requested her to confirm time and location. Still nothing.

Would never hire such an unprofessional photographer again. Stay away!

Tricia is a fabulous photographer and a very lovely person. She was great with the kids in the family and made everyone feel at ease. However her communication leaves a lot to be desired. She was very responsive at first and then once she had my money it took weeks to try and get her to return an email/text/FB Message/IG Message/Phone Call. I would try all of her contact methods and still not hear back. I understand that Tricia is a busy person, but running a business like this requires Customer Service and communication. I may recommend her to a friend or family member but I would certainly warn them that they will have to be VERY Persistent in trying to contact her. As a type A, organized person this was extremely frustrating to me.

Newborn session: There were no issues until we scheduled the meeting and paid the money but after that communication was little slow till the event.
No issues with the actual shoot and she did take nice photos. We asked for photos to be delivered in 10 days ( As we were planning to use photos on birthday celebration) and in the meeting she agreed to it and asked to send reminder just in case. (Usual turn around time is 2 weeks)
We sent her reminder on 3rd day, 5th day and 8th day just to see what's going on but there was no response. So, we were worried what if we don't get photos on time?
At last we tried to contact on the day before the birthday celebration and finally got reply that we will get photos at Night before birthday. So, that was some relief.
Actual photos turned out good. ( i wouldn't say best but it is good for the money) but I would expect communication should be lot better than what we experienced.
She did deliver on time we requested but you expect business to respond to your inquiries.
