My husband and I booked Ullrich’s to cater our wedding last September and we are so happy we did! Claire was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with and we ended up with an incredible menu! The food was delicious and we still have guests who bring up how much they enjoyed the dishes!

Ullrich’s was reasonably priced, were very clear about what they needed from us, and operated so smoothly on our wedding day. I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

We had a celebration of life for my mother in law. The funeral home (Murphy funeral home. Absolutely amazing job and I highly recommend) made the arrangements for Ulrichs to cater the event. Everything was arranged and paid for however on the day of they did not show up and did not respond to any phone calls. To be fair when the finally called back they said they forgot about the event but could bring the food for people to take home with them. Completely unacceptable. Thankfully Murphy was on the ball. They ran out to metro and picked up various items to help feed the crowd.

Update: after this happened the owner reached out to us and let us know that the food was prepared for the event the issue was with the delivery. The food was donated to the hospital. They also catered our Christmas dinner for our family and showed up no issues with some delicious food. We were all impressed with the quality and taste.

Probably the nicest deli in this tiny town. My first ever visit was last week and I picked up some made in house pepperettes. Phenomenal. I came back today for more. Unfortunately they were almost half the size of last week's and the taste was much different.. I liked last week's better. Need to work on consistency and pricing.

Absolutely amazing catered meal!!! Martin's team served up a wonderful meal at Cameron Farms for our daughters wedding. Arline and crew even brought fresh herbs from their garden to garnish plates. We 100% recomend this team to cater your event!

Ulrich’s was contracted by Murphy Funeral home and Chapel to cater my Mom’s celebration of life yesterday and No showed.

They just plain forgot about us and were unreachable to resolve it for more than an hour. When they were finally reached, they offered to bring the food so our guests could “Take something home”? From a funeral home.

I get it, as a catering company you are under a lot if scrutiny by a lot of people, but this isn’t one unsatisfactory meal amongst hundreds at an event.

The staff at Murphys saved the day with assorted trays from Metro, but that certainly wasn’t what we had in mind for those who came out to pay their respects to my late mother.

I was incredibly embarrassed, my sisters were too. We’ve seen amazing reviews and heard such great things about Ulrich's. This complete lack of professionalism left me stunned. And Murphys has told me they will not be contracting with Ulrich’s going forward.

Follow Up: Ulrich’s took full responsibility, made no excuses and did not ask for this review to be edited or taken down. They refunded all monies and provided my family with a free catered event. I have changed my star rating on my own accord based on Ulrich’s integrity and response.

I’ve had the pleasure of having Ullrich’s many times in the past being a wedding vendor myself and they’ve always been incredible. While the initial communication with booking them for my reception could have been quicker, they did not disappoint on the day of my event. The staff were incredibly kind, and the food was delicious — as expected. Everyone raved about the cheesecake as well. Thanks for everything!

I have been going to Ulrich's for years, yes sometimes you wait a little longer but the service is personable, kind, and expected when you're waiting for quality cut meats. Today left me feeling the need to leave a review. I ordered a Chai Latte, machine was down, no fault to them as the power was out earlier. After some waiting, my Chai Latte was not only free, but hand delivered to me next door. Ulrich's has such a neat selection of items, and their customer service goes unmatched. Thanks again!
