Do NOT use these guys to rebuild anything!!
I brought a 2005 International ECM for thgem to repair and unit did not work!!!
Would NOT refund my money!!
They are unprofessional, and willnot even tell you where the repair is being done, because it is NOT at 9131 Keele!
SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!

Recently I went to drop my CPC to repair
They told me to drop the device to their drop location where is a location multiple companies use as common office . Soon I entered to the shop I had a feeling that I am in a trap. You don’t see the repair shop
They come and collect the device . I told them don’t do anything to my device unless you talk to me and I also send message I don’t want to repair my device.
Next day when I was able to talk to them they said I have to pay $150 to get my device back . Am I sick ? I have to pay for my own device ? Guys don’t trust these people stay away it’s a trap

!!CAUTION 3 MONTH WARRANTY!!

I sent a CAT ECM for repairs due to the engine brake pin not activating. They had the ECM in their possession for 2 months, once the email was sent asking for payment it was made the same day. It then took another 2 weeks to be delivered back to me. Very poor communication from the beginning.

The truck has been a long term project so there was no rush to get it back in and running. Last week I installed it to realize the engine brake pin still has no signal.
After calling the company to discuss the situation they said they only warranty their work for 3 months. I explained that the truck has never moved or ran and the ECM was just reinstalled and is behaving the same way as when I originally sent it to them. They charged $1,100 to replace components. I'm not sure what they did if anything but they didn't fix the problem. He said if I wanted them to have a look at it again they would be charging because its been longer than 3 months. They obviously don't stand behind their work and are just looking for a quick buck.
Do not waste your time or money with this company.

FYI UPDATE!! THE BOTTOM OF THEIR INVOICE STATES AS QUOTED

"This is an industry-wide standard, All units that are purchased or rebuilt by us have 3 month repair warranty for same issue, and against defects in workmanship , which does not transfer with the vehicle if sold to another party.3 month warranty covers part replacement only. Any shipping charges or labor charges incurred by the purchaser will not be included under this warranty. The defective part must be returned with date of purchase or original purchase order or other reference number assigned to the part, as well as a detailed description of the problem that customer is having. We will return the part upon completion to the customer at no charge via cheapest shipping rate (usually Canada Post Ground). Our company is not responsible for existing/present software issues, we do not give refund warranty. diagnostic ,labors and repair costs are not refundable."

So last January, We sent a ECM in for a 2013 international Terrastar in for repair. No communication from it. Solid 12v on both hi and low data link.

We sent it off to another company for inspection and to see what work was done. They replaced one Power Capacitor that was on a separate datalink for the thermal expansion valve. Could have been bad hard to say. But they didn’t fix the issue causing the no start. No communication between the ecm and bcm. So when it was sent it off to that other company in the states.

They opened it up and found windshield weld everywhere. The unit had moisture damage and wasn’t good enough to repair sadly.

Anyways 3 used ecu’s later they found one that will work for us. Massive waste of time and money.

We've been working with them over 3 years, these guys are extremely trust worthy and on-time unlike other repair shops i worked with. My Detroit and International ECMs were fixed by them and after years of running, still no issue or faults encountered. The guys working there very knowledgable and actually take their time to explain the procedure in details. I've been making sure to have my colleagues to work with them, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Great service! I had a pleasure working with them, worth every penny spent. Very knowledgeable technicians, explain the issue well and walk you through the repair process after completing it. (For those who are curious, they fixed my Volvo XC70 (2002) CEM, turn-around time was surprisingly quick as well!)

Unitech screwed me around for about six months trying to fix my ECM charge me $1100 tried to fix it twice the last time I sent it away to go electronics got back to me within a week and told me that whoever was working on it never fixed the board I am just in the midst of taking these guys to small claims court. Because they are a fraud. Do not get anything fixed here.

Sent very expensive ecm components to this company... and now they have disappeared... no contact and absolutely no ecm has been returned... pretty much consider it stolen... do not use this company as they are a rip off... if by some miracle from above we now get a response because they don't like a bad review... maybe they will reconsider there poor attitude towards customers.... especially the owner.... I would not go with these guys!!!

Isn't that something... if your the gentleman that I actually talked to on the phone, I explained my situation with your company not responding to ours... and yes my bosses name is on the invoice for the part. For you trying to save face on this review , don't. My boss sent numerous emails and phone calls with no reply at all. Now that there is a poor review... wow a response and action toward our part... Isn't that amazing... do not try and put us at fault when it is your gross negligence that got us here in the first place... I get your busy... but it takes 1 email or call... sorry.
