Made the switch to UpLink Fibre a couple of months ago.

Ran into a hiccup during installation because of my house layout, and the install tech was more than willing to help figure out a work-a-round.

Once installed, nearly everything has been perfect. Reliability stayed the same, but the speeds are far better.

I was experiencing slight ping issues with a program, but after contacting the support team, they were able to perform some troubleshooting and get everything back to normal within a day or two.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service so far!

My wife and I chose uplink for our house in the country and they have been fantastic.

Our signal and speed are stronger than we are paying for and we have a had a great experience.

We had an issue with lag on my Xbox when I’d play online games and the team were super helpful in getting this issue solved and were happy to try everything they could think of to fix the issue. They’ve been a pleasure to work with.

Hopefully you never have to deal with a manager because they will never call you back. Watch their website all the time because plans will get cheaper and you will never know and be paying more then you should. Drove to their location to try and talk to someone and just got a sorry nothing we can do for you and still not get to talk to a manager after wasting my gas to try and speak to someone because no one would reply to me.

Fastest internet we have ever had and we haven’t had a service disruption to date. Amazing price, great customer service, and their expert installation went seamlessly. What I like most about Up Link, is i don't have to call them. Never had an issue, if there is a disruption of service ,they always give me a heads ,up they are doing work. Wish more local companies had their work ethic.
