My delivery agent, let’s call her “Karen”, comes to the door while we’re home and won’t knock on the door. She posts a missed delivery notice on my door frame and sneaks away. We have Karen on video. Karen you are awful at your job, you should find another job, people pay good money for the packages to be delivered in a timely manner. She never even attempted to knock! Brutal

In response to the "Owners" copy and paste answer.... shameful... look at all the owners responses, he has so many pissed off clients he can't even give an individual response. Copy and paste a BS response, I would not air my frustration on the internet, if you had a phone number for clients to call and ask for help. A service company that won't take a call from a customer. BRUTAL SERVICE....or ..... NO SERVICE........

This is the worst experience ever. My package has been sitting at the local facility for over a week, and now the status says "no information available." To make matters worse, no delivery attempt has been made during this time, and the package is still not delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. UPS is seriously damaging its reputation with such poor service. Customers expect timely updates and prompt delivery, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Package, containing salmon, arrived in Pembroke on Dec 12th. Finally delivered on Dec 19th.....
Many calls to customer service(?) during the week but it wasn't until the shipper in Ireland contacted them again that it finally moved. What I would really like to know, apart from why the screw up, is where was it stored and is it safe to eat it. But this is UPS so I'll probably never know.

I was expecting a delivery of a very large parcel. My neighbour found it sitting at the end of our road near mymail box (which is on a busy road. This could have been taken by anyone driving by and I would have been out of a lot of money.

As per usual, still the worst courier in existence. They simply lie and say there was an error delivering simply because the driver doesn't feel like making the trip. Had this at several addresses across the province. My parcel is being held an hour away for pickup. Garbage courier company. I would often pay more to ship with ANY other service, you just don't get the choice often

If I could rate them a zero I would 4 packages in the last month that they won't ship out to our slightly rural address, packages get there sit for a long time then often get returned to sender without ever even an attempt at delivery and since packages need signatures there is no way to puck them up anywhere.I think this depot should be reported to the BBB for failure of service.

Drove all the way out here because it says online that they're open until 5:00 p.m.
Right now it is 3:53 p.m. and it's locked up.

Fix the damn laneway before a vehicle gets wrecked or somebody gets hurt.

I ordered an item from Cabela's and the item shipped from a warehouse in Calgary. When I received the delivery date information from UPS, it was 11 days from the day the item was picked up from Cabela's. Eleven days to deliver a package from Calgary to Ottawa. What? Are they shipping it on a donkey? UPS is the worst shipper in Canada. I would rate them zero if I could. And their customer service is horrible. In addition, the UPS drivers in our area refuse to deliver to our door because we are in a rural area. We have to drive a half an hour to a drop off location to get our packages shipped with UPS. All other couriers such as Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, etc... all deliver to our door. I don't understand why any retailer in Canada would use their service, or should I say, lack of service. My advice, use anyone but UPS.

Update: today I was told by UPS that my package was dropped off at a drop off point miles from my home. I called the drop off point and they said they did not have the package. I am starting to believe those google reviews that state a UPS employee has stolen their package as my package is nowhere to be found. I called Cabela's to complain about their use of UPS and requested that they follow up with UPS and ship me a new item this time using Canada Post.
