It was great to work with Valley Home Improvements on our house renovation. They were professional.

They provided quotations on work to be done and stuck to those quotes. Any deviations to the work was reviewed and agreed to prior to execution. They also understood the designs and provided valuable improvements to the project.

They, like most builders, sometimes had challenges getting staffing, but they were not afraid to move inexperienced workers out when necessary. They were accountable for their work.

They were a pleasure to work with.

Valley home has completed a number of projects for us thoughout the years. From simple stuff like a new entrance way (tiling and new door installation), medium work like installing a window in a basement bedroom, to large installation of steel roofing on two home.

The work has been always been top-notch, the service is impeccable and I trust them to be honest about costs and estimate.

They are our go-to builders in Grey county, would highly recommend.

We hired Valley Home Improvements to do an extensive renovation on our house. This involved taking off the roof to create a large third floor loft with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. They did a great job and we are delighted with the results. We found the Valley team to be pleasant and easy to work with. As with any project, there were a few things that turned into problems, but the team approached them with professionalism and creativity, and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. They also created a gorgeous front deck for us, which we enjoy every day! And they did a whole host of other small things around the house which make it a better place to live.

VHI went above and beyond in building us a memorial pavilion for our daughter. They not only designed and executed the construction of the structure in a timely fashion, they coordinated with the landscaping company and the school board, navigating the RFP process.
