I was extremely pleased with this moving experience! Moving is stressful at the best of times and Ian's team were very punctual, professional, and efficient. The job came in a bit over budget but it was worth every penny. I would not hesitate to use this company again (though I hope I won't be moving again any time soon). I highly recommend them!

Moving truck was late showing up by a half hour and the two employees reaked of cannabis. They set to work immediately and allowed me to pitch in! My request for a security camera ceiling mount removal was conveniently forgotten and dismissed when brought to attention of owner.
The boys worked hard and dealt with some steep stairs and heavy furniture. The bed assembly was rushed and not proper.
Seemed to have lost my tape measure in the move!
Truly thankful for the transportation of my kitty and myself!

One of the best moving companies in Kingston to Ottawa region. Exceeded expectations in every aspect: punctuality, safely moving stuff in and out, cordial and friendly staff, took less time than anticipated and best rates in K-town. It was stress free moving for us. Ron was genuine and outstanding in his communication and services. Dean and Cam did a great job. We cannot expect better than this. Highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations! The crew came very early in the morning for a long-distance move (arrived at 6:30 am, packed truck and drove away at 8:45 am), drove 6 hours to our new home and did an amazing job unloading. Super friendly, excellent workers and very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with local or long-distance (Ontario) moves.

Awesome experience!!
We’ve used much bigger companies in the past to move us but these guys were by far the best.
They were very professional and courteous, very caring and respectful about our belongings and went above and beyond by covering our furniture with drop sheets without us asking them to do it. They simply saw the need and took the time to do it.
My wife and I are so happy about choosing valley moving that we decided to take the time to rate them here, something we rarely do but wanted to make sure people knew about our experience.

Their movers went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly. They were polite, helpful. I was extremely happy. When I used their storage facility, I lost my key and they were so accommodating. Great people.
