I would give a higher score, if they answered their phone more often than they don't. I mentioned that I kept calling, to ensure they were open. The agent told me that her boss instructed them to let it ring if they were helping a customer, because a lot of their calls are people looking for the insurance side of their business. I was trained to answer the phone because the caller can't see if you're busy or not even open, whereas the customer can see that you are busy.

Booked a motorcycle road test here. Only place I could get it for the next month without going to a big city. Important email with all the details went to junk folder so I showed up completely unprepared. Anyways, they took me all through residential at 3:45 on a Thursday with kids and people walking and crossing everywhere. I road 40 on most roads because people were everywhere and it is pothole city. Pulled out of the city and turned left on a single lane road and went 50 because speed wasn’t posted. Each infraction was an automatic fail for “obstructing traffic”. Was $165 for test where most others were $130-140. Buyer Beware!
