I have been using Velox Imaging RIS and PACS software since 2013, and after extensive comparisons with multiple other providers, I can confidently say that Velox Imaging is the best RIS and PACS provider in the province. Velox Imaging RIS and PACS are exceptionally user-friendly and fully compliant with mandatory government regulations and Accreditation Canada standards. The intuitive interface and seamless functionality make workflow management effortless, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in patient care. Unlike many other providers, Velox Imaging offers free access to patient images and reports, which my patients greatly appreciate. Additionally, the reading physicians find the system’s features and ease of use highly beneficial in their workflow, while the referring physicians are extremely satisfied with the Physician Portal. The ability to view images immediately upon study completion enhances their ability to make timely clinical decisions.
Finally, technical support is great. Whenever we need to connect with them, whether it is just a simple question or to arrange additional features, we are able to access them immediately via a call or we receive a response within 30 min in an email. Absolutely great service!

I have been trying to contact them, when you fill up the contact info and submit, showing an error, happened multiple times. Tried to call them, going to fax mode.
I am not sure how good this is for a customer who is looking for a solution

Company Increase price double without notification
Please do not use the company , its not transparent
they start 500 per month and increase to 1000 per month in 1 year
Its absolutely not transparent and no trust
MRI PACS Doesnt work. Not worth it 1k per month at all

Great customer service and user friendly. Yes , they are little expensive as compare to others but if they can manage to optimize the price and they are one of the best in my opinion.
