We love the work Venture Food Trucks did on our Merry Dairy ice cream truck - a truck that they selected for us and then worked with us on our plans to make it work as our main catering truck for large events at schools, companies and festivals. I first saw a Venture Food truck on highway 401 and in my mind it was like I was seeing a trophy on wheels and I just had to have them help me with our trailer!

When my husband and I stopped by, we were embarrassed and nervous that they would turn us away because of how bad the trailer we had was, but Jeff and his team were so inviting, so professional, and all in all so helpful with the process. It wasn't just about building a mobile dental clinic. It was about The Venture Team giving us HOPE again.

Every idea we had The Venture Team came back with a better one! I am just beyond proud of the end result! They truly made our dream come true. To help the underserved members of our community gain access to oral healthcare.

The Venture Team have a standard of quality that speaks for itself. When they took on the challenge of building a mobile dental clinic, they were also taking on the challenge of ensuring that the final product would not just meet that standard but exceed it.

Overall I am very pleased with my custom truck from Venture as well as their customer service! I had my truck built during 2020, at peak pandemic time, so delays were to be expected. Although the truck took several months longer to be built, and had its stressors as should be expected with any build - when it was ready I was very happy with the final result. They accommodated all of my special requests during the design process to make my truck exactly what I envisioned! It would have been absolutely overwhelming to have tried building a food truck on my own, so the expertise that the team at Venture were able to provide was very much appreciated and invaluable. They continue to provide support, have helped when I need to repair broken items, and answer questions still, 3 years later. I would absolutely recommend Venture if you are looking for a custom truck or trailer! Ordered my truck in 2020 , delays with pandemic but working with Steve he was very knowledgeable and willing to help as much as he could ! Super happy with trailer , Cadillac of trailers ! Design them anyway you want and venture will deliver 4 years later steve is still answering calls texts and helping out .

Had a part needing to be replaced this week and couldn’t find the part anywhere , they had extras in the shop and Steve is shipping it to me next week allowing us to open up on time.
