Hiring process is odd and very unorganized. The company is leaving most the work to 1 individual who doesn't reply or is late to a video interview. The interview seems pointless when you are talking to the individual as she seems very uninterested, I wouldn't be surprised that she's just there to capture footage for others to make judgment on the interview. Very few questions and very uninvolved. This makes me feel that the leadership team isn't involved with finding proper talent. There's a false sense of a "personalized" invite which comes off as fake. I also could imagine how hard it must be to grow with this company with the relaxed leadership involvement in employee growth. Place looks fun and the job seems cool but for how long.... Sure there's a paycheck but is there growth? Sheep or Shepard? A career needs both.. I hope this review helps the company grow.... Or the people reading this in one way or another.

Clearly I don't write reviews but this one is a must. I have been in business development for 28 years. Drumming up new business for companies via face to face meetings, lunches, coffee talks and dinners. Then COVID. Vidyard has been amazing! Emails get so lost and G-D forbid someone picks up the phone. The "check in's" with my videos have received a great response from my clients. My videos introducing myself and my company has been a HUGE success setting up zoom's and actual old school one on one phone conversations. Finally, my rep, Gillian Wyatt, had been sooooooooooo responsive in taking her time to teach this 47 year old YOUNG dog new tricks. FANTASTIC!

Best-in-class enterprise video company. It's like YouTube if YouTube would integrate into your MAP and CRM platforms, and allow you complete freedom over any type of annotation you can imagine. The product is continually gaining features, including live-streaming, and extra add-ons allow you to do things like add video to email in a snap.

Vidyard is a really cool building to visit with a great vibe. Sometimes I forget this is an office environment for a video analytics platform because when I'm there I'm often attending a community event. If you're from out of town, you probably want to check with their team to book a tour. Oh, don't forget to jump in the foam pit!!!!
