I went in to get my remote control to my car fixed. Was expecting a hefty bill. It ended up being a quick five minute fix, FREE of charge !! Excellent customer service and it made my day !! Really appreciated it ! Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped me !!

Karimhelped me with buying a new TV and sound bar. He very carefully explained the features, why one was better than the other. We had a good chat about value, warranty and Vision’s customer service.
In the end, we bargained a little, laughed a little and I feel I walked out with a good TV at a good price.

Went to have a car start installed they called and told me it was done. Meanwhile when I got there it wasn’t installed they said they couldn’t. I wasn’t even told over the phone I was told it was done. They were looking at my radio to see what was wrong with it told me two different things that contradicted each other. then left and got into my vehicle all my wiring pulled out of my dash when they gave it back to me. If I could give them a zero I would.

Hundred percent recommended vision’s electronics Airdrie, I called in prior to arriving asking about the TV that I wanted. Needless to say I walked out with the TV , a model up and better! And the price was amazing. I got a $1600 TV for $900 flat. I recommend going to see Sam!!! He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t waste your time he gets right to the bread and butter so you’re in and out with the right tv for the right price!

Jonathan Janik went above and beyond to help me work out some technical issues at home with existing products we had from visions that were a little bit out of date. He did a bunch of research to get what I had to operate together instead of pushing me to buy new speaker equipment. His extra time was very much appreciated.

Visions Electronics made me feel like family from the moment I walked in! I've had several systems installed over the years in many vehicles, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Due to the complexity of the installation and my changing preferences, I had to come in for several visits, and each time was exceptional. Matt and James were incredibly helpful throughout the process. On my first visit, Matt even went out of his way to call Murray on his day off to ensure all my questions were answered. Murray was outstanding—he would call me to confirm any changes if something unexpected came up or if he had better solutions to what I wanted. The entire team listened to what I wanted and truly exceeded my expectations. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure I left happy, satisfied, and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer care made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and I highly recommend Visions Electronics to anyone looking for a place that not only delivers top-notch service but also treats you with respect. Without a doubt, I will be back for any future enhancements to my vehicle!

If I could give 0 stars, I would...
Ordered a TV online and it was to be delivered to my home. 1 week after the order, I received an email stating the TV was available for pickup at Michael's....which is directly across the street from Visions. It took me 4 days (over a long weekend) to arrange for someone to pick it up for me. On opening the box, it was evident the TV had been previously opened....found the screen broken. Took it back to Visions and was told by a Salesperson that's what I get for ordering Online and to speak with a Manager. The Manager would not talk to me and I was told I had to deal with the Online site. Online site said they would not help me as the order was over 24 hrs old. It took over a week to even get it! And it wasn't even delivered to my home!
Beware Online Buyers...Visions seems to off load broken merchandise on the premise it cannot be returned.
