Very impressed by Vogs work. The whole process fro start to finish was easy seamless and worth every dollar. They may be a bit more on the expensive side but you are paying for what you get. I went the cheap route before and it ended up costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars more and headache to fix. Vog made sure the app was to our liking and they are very honest about any scope of work they may have missed and handle the issue right away. I asked the team a question at 9:00pm on a Saturday and surprised I got a response this is the level of customer service I expect when spending 250k on an app and let me tell you they delivered

I have had a wonderful experience with Vog. I came to them with my idea for a startup app/website. I have no experience with web design or app development. I compared numerous local and international competitors. I also spoke to many previous and current customers. Once I had their estimate, I took it to a 3rd party who told me that it was fair.

What sets Vog apart, in my opinion, is their transparency. Vog's cost estimate certainly was not the cheapest. They were upfront about this. They do not outsource work, which provides them (and me) with better control on the product. Cost estimates were accurate. They are upfront about what can and can't (or shouldn't)be done.

They worked hard to understand what I was looking for as their customer. Having meetings generally was not difficult. Their employees accommodated my busy schedule. Detailed notes / recordings of meetings are taken so that as little as possible is left to interpretation. Furthermore, they educate me based on their experience in app development and design; they give good advice on what my customer may expect from their interaction with technology.

As in any large project, there can be hiccups. When these hiccups occur, they do their best to find solutions that are fair. This is not a company looking to 'nickel and dime'. They are clearly looking to establish long-term mutually beneficial business partnerships.

They offer frank advice which can sometimes be sobering - but this is important in business.

I will be continuing to work with Vog going forward. I would recommend them highly.

Vog was very professional from our first introductions and kept their 5 star level of service right through from the planning meetings to the delivery of the app I had envisioned. Thanks Team.
UPDATE: They mislead me with extremely low figured costs on how much the service provider would charge me for my app to run which ended up costing me thousands of dollars while only a few people had downloaded it. There was zero support from VOG or the Amazon based company with zero breakdown or explanation. Also my quote was pre-tax which was also misleading so when final payment came due, there was an additional $11,000 owing which was also quietly assumed. At the beginning they offered to cover the costs of the service provider until launch if I'd pay through them plus a 15% fee but I chose to use my VISA instead but I can't imagine getting the bill for thousands a month plus an addition 15% on top yet!!
