After dealing with another local clinic for four years, I seamlessly switched over to Hear Right.
Scott tested my hearing and replaced my aids and fitted my them better than ever. All this in the course of two visits.
Extremely satisfied with the new fit and function of the new ones.
Scott should consider running some clinics for some of the less qualified out there.

My husband picked up his first pair of hearing aids this morning. He had gone to another clinic and we were both confused when we left and he was angry when he was told that he would get use to the crackling noises, his brain needed to adjust. Not at hearing right with Scott. What a difference here. Scott told my husband what he needed and he now has hearing aids without background noise. He will return in two weeks to see if any adjustments are required or if my husband has had any problems or questions. So much credit to Scott Laidman for his knowledge and empathy. Thank you Scott!

Aids do not fit easily.
Given very little instruction on changing memories to suit different settings.
Don't improve hearing of other voices in many situations
Probably because I was looking for least expensive aids suitable for my use.
Another location had quoted me thousands of dollars more.

Julie and her staff were very pleasant and professional to work with. Fully explaining the various options to help me with both my hearing loss and tinnitus. I followed their recommendation and I'm completely happy with the results. I also had two sets of custom ear plugs made. Both sets fit great and perform exactly as they should. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any hearing difficulty or wanting to protect the hearing that they have.
