This is a Five star review and for good reason!!! First of all, v-techs website is designed so clearly and pleasantly! My laptop got scratched minorly and I first came across v-tech! Their website is… JUST AMAZING! I got in touch with them and Kamyar helped me. He is an incredibly efficient and patient guy! He came to my house to pick up my MacBook because I couldn’t come to his store. He looked at my laptop briefly face to face with me, so that I can explain my problem in person. This was so helpful to me for two reasons. Firstly, because it created clear communication! And secondly since I was very busy that day and his store was pretty far from me. Kamyar was very easy to communicate with and always answered right away if I had any questions! He told me a day later, after a more thorough examination that my laptop will need a full screen replacement which is very costly. I couldn’t afford it and he was very understanding and reassuring that it will be ok even without the replacement! He cleaned my keyboard and He drove to my house and dropped off my laptop! Because of the fact I didn’t want to replace my screen he didn’t charge me!! Thank you Kamyar for your excellent service!!! I highly recommend to everyone to go to Vtech if you are having problems with your electronics! They are absolutely amazing!!!
