I can't say enough good things about Todd from Walt’s Towing. He helped me out today when my car needed to be towed from Sechelt to a mechanic in Gibsons, and the experience was top-notch. Todd is incredibly empathetic, a clear and calm communicator, and shows up exactly when you need him. His pricing is honest and fair—especially when you're in a bind and just need reliable help fast. I've called Walts a couple times, more recently this Saturday for a roadside tire change, and each time he has been so helpful, friendly, compassionate, and speedy! Great communicator too, shows me little things he notices that might require future attention. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! As a Community Health Care Aide, my car is my living and our clients rely on us. I accidentally drove the car into a ditch! Todd was empathetic and kind; he also arrived within 40 minutes from Gibson to Sandy Hook Road, to pull my car out of the ditch! Thank you so much!

I personally haven't used their service, but a number of my friends have had to call for a tow more than a few times. Recommended by the locals and are known for their fast and professional 24/7 service regardless of the weather also BCAA approved

My car died at Persephone's on a Sunday, a day where all car shops are closed, and we missed our ferry!

I called Walt's Towing and explained my situation, and Todd brought over a booster pack to see if that's what we needed. Turns out, the starter needed to be replaced! Todd gave us a few options and advised us on the best option, which was to tow the car to a shop to have them fix it, then pick it up later this week. We were so grateful that he was able to drop us (2 people and a dog) off at the ferry terminal.

Long story short, I can say that Todd is amazing and that I'd definitely call him again if I'm ever in car trouble on the Sunshine coast.

Absolute best service I have received from a tow company. Not all heroes wear capes! I got off the ferry from Vancouver and my steering box blew up in my f600. Todd showed up in no time at all, and towed us very quickly and professionally. He gave us an amazing deal for what he had to deal with. Call these guys if you ever need help!

Walt was very quick on the spot and towed us to a garage. Because this garage couldn’t fix the fuelline Walt towed us to another garage were the line was fixed. Walt is a nice and professional guy and he reacts quickly. Thank you for the good service Walt.
