Changed from wave direct to explore net A salesman came to our door and offered cheaper rates saying that they had installed more towers so their service had improved. We were always happy with wave direct service and regretted changing to explore net within the first month. We are back with wave direct and are there to stay. Wonderful service from friendly people in Leamington!

Have had Wave Direct for almost a year now without a single issue which is more than I can say for previous experiences with Cogeco. I have not once had any outages, service issues or slow connections and the price is extremely reasonable. As long as I’m able to have a Wave Direct as a provider, they will stay!

After upgrading to fibre our needs have been met and if there are any issues someone gets back to us in a timely manner. Wave Direct makes us feel like valued customers.

We just moved to the outskirts of Leamington. We are very pleased with how efficient, friendly and professional the Wavedirect staff is. We went to their office to pay a deposit the day before they came out. Office staff and site workers are quick and hassle free. Employees were in and out of our house in 20-30 mins. Internet is fast, no buffering. The people who lived here before us had wavedirect already so the setup was easier but I definitely recommend Wavedirect if you’re looking for home internet. They’ve been great.

Do not use this provider, paid for speeds that we didn't get. Paid extra for "better" speeds, didn't get. Since paying, more than 3-4 times every single hour the wifi drops for minutes at a time. We've had to call for multiple different issues and have been left disappointed more than often when we do.

Worst service imaginable.
Where to begin......
We started with Wave Direct about two years ago.
At least twice a week since we joined, we completely lose service.
Wave Directs solution is turning it off and on again! We must have done this a thousand times. Our service has never improved, even after, at the suggestion of one of their tech guys, we increased our plan to a more expensive plan.
Still have the same problems.
I have just been on the phone with them three times in the last hour, now they are telling me Someone higher up will call me in two days. So we have no internet for the whole weekend..... What a joke of a company. If they cant provide a good service then they shouldn't be taking my money. Funny thing is if you miss a payment, they shut your service of immediately, but its fine for me to wait two days whilst I'm paying for something they ARE NOT giving me.

Avoid at all costs!
