Switched to WCCT one year ago because of Bell's poor internet speeds and high cost of landlines and satellite TV service. Although we are saving money, the overall experience has been less than satisfactory. Although internet speeds are generally much higher than Bell, we often receive speeds below what we are paying for. TV picture quality is poor compared to Bell satellite...picture frequently breaks up or spools, while some channels lock up or disappear. Customer service is not up to par and is not local...it's handled by Northern Rural Networks in Bancroft. They are slow to respond and struggle to address issues satisfactorily.

WCCT can relax. The alley doesn't belong to them. They can get around a parked vehicle and not to mention they have access from the front. The alley is cleared by the town for the tax payers and not just WCCT. So relax and stop calling the police on people who just needed the lane-way for a day.

We previously used Bell. We were lucky to get 3 Mb/s down and 0.5 Mb/s up and they were charging us so much money every month. We switched to WCCT and I couldn't be happier. I am getting 25 Mb/s down and over 10 Mb/s up and have ZERO trouble with meetings and internet bandwidth. Their customer service is good. Sometimes you can have a bit of trouble at first when the system is set up and you may need a few service calls but once it's working smoothly it is so worth it. Also, I feel good knowing I'm supporting our local hospital every month instead of a big corporation.

Worst customer service I have experienced. Try to avoid them if you have other options. They don't answer you when you are going to cancel your service.
