I was looking for somewhere to start my weight loss and getting fitter journey and this place really checked all the boxes. I was set up with Tristan and it was the best thing that happened. Working with him really helped launch my fitness journey to the next level, whole health really creates a very comfortable, and exciting place to allow you to grow and Tristan’s push helped me believe in myself. I cannot speak higher of Whole Health or Tristan and recommend them to everyone who is looking for a fitness centre or personal trainer!

Whole Health Strength and Fitness is my go-to gym since 2021! Chelsi and her team have created an exceptionally welcoming and positive atmosphere. There is such a wide variety of classes to choose from that include cardio, weight training, yoga etc! Since attending whole health I look forward to my daily workouts! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a supportive fitness community!!

Joined Whole Health a year ago, best decision ever! The coach's here are amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and non-judgmental and everyone makes you feel comfortable. They offer a variety of classes, making it easy to find classes that suit your needs and preferences. Overall the Whole Health ;Strength & Fitness gym has exceeded my expectations . Whole Health has changed my life for the better throughout the time I’ve been here. I used to be so unmotivated to work out and now being in a class based atmosphere with instructors is the approach that has worked best for me. Chelsi gets to know her clients individually and is always there with encouragement and kind words. Ever since joining this gym I feel my strongest both physically and mentally. Great instructors, a welcoming environment, and a variety of class options 🙂

I love this space, and have been going here for nearly two years. I’ll be a lifer! Chelsi and the other trainers create a welcoming and inclusive gym culture - it’s about community, connection, and personal goals for them. There are spin, hiit, strength training, and more classes, and they often run events, therapeutic sessions and other ways to take care of yourself. The philosophy of the gym is really focussed on you as a whole person and it shows in the programming and interactions with the staff.

5+ STARS! ⭐ If you are looking for a gym, Whole Health should definitely be a top choice! They offer a free class trial if you are thinking about joining. I love the variety of classes that they offer, all of the coaches are very supportive no matter what fitness level you are in and everyone who attends the gym is very friendly and fun! They help make the workouts go by quickly. A few of my favourite classes are Full Body, Boxfit, FITT, Strength & Mobility and Stretch & Core - but they ave many others to choose from. What I find works for me the best and allows me to stay committed is that you have to sign up for your classes. You’re less likely to bail out if you have committed and signed up for a class, then just showing up as you please. I love that it is a smaller gym, so the community of people are very close and friendly and you can feel comfortable if you are just starting out without joining an overpopulated gym. Most classes are woman only as well which I know is important to a lot of ladies. The coaches are super helpful and are always keeping an eye on you to make sure you were doing the workouts correctly & safely. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking! đŸ™ŒđŸŒ

I started with Chelsi in June 2018, she has changed my life for the better! I honestly cannot thank this young woman enough for all of her hard work and dedication with helping me get on track to a more healthier lifestyle. I now eat healthier, attend yoga, spin classes, small group fitness classes, workout twice a week with Chelsi and hit the gym on my own as well. I originally went from barely making it in twice a week to workout with her, to working out 5-6 days a week. Chelsi works diligently to help keep her clients accountable in and outside of the gym atmosphere. She has helped me to feel confident again and provides a magnitude of knowledge about diet, fitness, mental health, and lifestyle in general.

I've tried many other gyms and fitness programs and I am so glad I found Whole Health. Chelsi and team are all highly skilled to help whatever your fitness goals or challenges are. It is a great community where everyone feels comfortable and welcome.

2 years later I still love this gym. Lots of variety in classes and trainers to suit everyone. Highly recommend trying a free class
