I had just lost everything I owned in a house fire, losing my iPhone 12 at the time. I went to the store looking for a phone but I was limited to a budget. I had to get one of the cheapest phones, an iPhone 7 Plus. It was purchased July 30, 2024 and it is now October 3, 2024. The moment I left the store, I realized that the call audio doesn’t work, the charging port was faulty even after a cleaning, the case and glass screen protector I purchased did not prevent the phone from cracking either and the phone is now outdated so you cannot download new apps on the App Store. It doesn’t even allow google drive/google docs due to outdated software. I understand that’s more an apple issue, but the call audio not working has prevented me from 1. Communicating with people and 2. Since you need to call to set up the pay as you go service, I lost money from the inability to set my monthly bill up.

Due to my dealings with the house fire I was unable to get to the store in time for replacing with another. I went in not expecting a new phone, but assistance in getting my call audio to work at least. I was polite the entire time, but the store owner took offence to me saying the phone is faulty. I showed him each issue which was brushed off and blamed on myself, the customer. In my opinion you should not sell phones before the iPhone 8, as the outdated software prevents a lot of needed apps and if there are bugs you cannot update, you are stuck with an old phone that barely works.
All I expected was assistance in getting this phone to work. It is absolutely not right that I could not use the phone for its actual purpose less than a month after its purchase. It’s now been about 2-3 months, it is unacceptable for any phone to have this many issues this quickly.

It’s really too bad because i originally left a decent review as initially, the customer service was top tier. I’m really disappointed that I wasn’t listened to and blamed for a phone that has not even been owned for 6 months. Especially in decent physical condition.

If you go here I’d just say don’t purchase any older IPhones. The newer ones should be fine, just expect if you go in with an issue, even if polite you may be brushed off.

I’m really upset I am stuck with a phone that can’t even call out for work and other things. Be careful guys.

The owner and his family are truly wonderful people. They are patient, well versed at their craft and saved my files that was definitely a gift. If you want honest, affordable solutions with business people that can understand your unique circumstances. This is definitely the place to go. Wintas is a very professional repair shop. They are knowledgeable of issues surrounding causes of damage to phones and offer great service within an impressively short turnaround time. Fixed my wife's phone same day I requested with no issues. They even stayed beyond their closing time to get this done for me and gave me a screen protector for free! Much appreciated!

The main person at Wintas Computers correctly diagnosed that my battery was fine, snd the problem was that my charger &/or cable was fried, probably by using the phone while it was charging. I am thankful for his experience, attention to detail, and kindness. No fee for this valuable info, but I bought a new hi speed charger for $20. So relieved, since being without a phone meant going in person, by bus, to 5 stores, only to be told I needed to buy a battery online.

Was a good place untill he decided to take advantage of people such as myself I buy a touch screen laptop from this guy 3 months ago and used it one time till I see I can not stop the screen from moving I use the computer in my pattern makeing , for my tattoo design. If it don't stop moving it makes it useless this guy the opportunist takes total advantage of the situation and for the system I just paid near 400.00 $ for offers 120.00 $ using the excuse he has lots of them as the day I bought this one .if anyone reading this needs phone or computer assistance I'd suggest you go to a fair and reasonable place not one that takes advantage of there customers. I will never set foot in this birds store again and will for ever more stear people clear of this store
