I first started using Wired in Oct 2023 when my company had a complete IT crash and they were quick to respond to the existing crisis. Lyle and his team then went to work to ensure all systems were in place to ensure this could not happen again.

Following that we did a comprehensive change out of hardware and software to ensure we were up to date with industry standards. Recommendations were made and subsequently implemented to ensure we remain with, and ahead of industry needs.

A challenge came and our offices had to move (mid 2024), this was an opportunity for Wired to show their true grit to ensure all IT systems were transferred and completed without disruptions to our operations and clients- they ACED the test. Not only did they move, connect and reinstall all items needed, the opportunity was there to upgrade our phone systems to VOIP and we could not be happier with many new options that were simply not available with previous system.

Needless to say they are and will continue to be my preferred IT solutions provided as they are always responsive to whatever questions arise in the office. They have become part of our "go to" network in business.
