I had the pleasure of having Wise IT work on a laptop computer for us. They were able to give a precise quote over the phone with a minimal amount of questions. The laptop was dropped off at their opening at 8:30am and even with some minor surprises with the needing to defragment the computer, change to a solid state hard drive and add more RAM, the work was completed in a short amount of time.

Of course that is important to John William Wade and Associates because our computers are crucial to our ability to service our Real Estate and Business Brokering clients. We cannot afford much downtime. So while we were out showing the work was completed in time for us to make an offer right after showing.

The pricing is excellent and they even have a free program to have remote diagnostics in the future so we may not even have to come in to their office in the future when we have another problem in the future. They are so knowledgeable and easy to deal with that I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

John William Wade and Associates will continue using them and recommending them to others.
