My MacBook of almost 7 years crashed on me and Alvin was incredible helpful and efficient with the diagnosis with me getting a call the same day with him informing me the issues of the laptop. I ended up deciding to not move forward with the repair but I’m appreciative of the professionalism and transparency experienced here! 5 stars and totally recommended! Just make sure you call ahead to see if an appointment is needed.

I received excellent service. I accidentally spilt water on my laptop: it didn't act up for 2 months, but then it started shorting. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. Also, I liked that I could set the amount that I was willing to pay for the repair beforehand - there were no surprises!

My laptop died on me and I needed to inspect it so I sent it over to this shop. The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was absolutely professional and courteous. He was honest with the diagnosis and didn't give me any BS or tried to sell me anything. He diagnosed my computer at no charge and told me point blank that its motherboard is toast and that it is not worth fixing. I appreciate an honest person who didn't try to shove up an unnecessary repair at me. Yes it is a bummer that my laptop died, but I gained more by getting to know this shop. Thank you.

I found they were very knowledgeable, the young man that I spoke with was very helpful in explaining what the issue was; I wasn't charged for anything else except the item I needed. So I will be going back to them for future issues with my laptop. I would highly recommend them. 😊
