He diagnosed the problem, was able to advise me on next steps, and cash me out in less time than it took for my cab to arrive! Discounted me on some BeatsX that don’t even work. I’m out 56$ and my 4 hour ride home is completely musicless. Thanks for the discount though I guess. (Yes I tried resetting them and I’ve done everything support related. Simply just a dead product.) The guys were really nice though and we chit chatted a bit. Just check your products before selling them!

Rob. Was great at fixing my cameras on my iPhone 12 mini, he was very transparent about the price and that the repairs may not work, all in all it worked and only took him a few hours to do ! so glad I didn’t buy a new phone , now I can go and take nice pictures on my holidays ! Thanks Rob !

Inconsistent Service!

First visit was pleasant as the staff honored the price quoted for the repair. I Had the screen of an iPhone replaced and although the wait was more than 30 mins (as there was one customer who was ahead of me), Rob regaled me with annecdotes and updated me on the progress his repair shop has made over the years with respect to the services they offer.

Within 2 weeks from the date of repair, the glass screen that had been replaced started lifting and popping off the frame. Upon further inspection I also noticed the battery was discharging at a much faster rate then it had been prior to the repair. I was able to verify this by checking the phones battery health logs found in the settings app. When I called the shop to explain the problem, the service I received was unexpectedly poor. The service technician at the counter talked down to me condescendingly, was arrogant and accused me of damaging the phone.  Rob did nothing to help improve matters and quoted me a significantly higher price than what I had paid less than 3 weeks prior to get the screen repaired a 2nd time!

Two stars for offering attractively low prices but the condescending and arrogant manner of the staff is an absolute turn-off!

UPDATE (12/14/2022) @Owner: I checked my records to confirm... Theirs no mistake, It's you, "Wizard Computer Solutions"... BTW: your communication skills are fine. I understand you 100 perccent... best of luck in your future endevours Rob...

Scam artist alert. If you use his services, make sure you take plenty of pictures before hand, he breaks your stuff then asks you to prove it. Will not take any accountability at all, brags about his insurance claims paying out 1000$ dollars for cell phones he couldn't sell for 50$ , you have been warned

Update: I did end up trying the inkjet refills and they worked fine--both colour and black cartridges. I got an cautionary message on my printer as the refilled HP cartridges were out of date, which makes sense. I've kept my newest empty OEM cartridges for refilling next time. In the end, it was less expensive and re-using cartridges seems more environmentally sustainable, at least to me.

Rob was simply amazing to deal with—very professional and a great sense of humor. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and what it would cost.

After my daughter moved out of our house to a new home with her partner, she had left her laptop behind as “it wasn’t working anymore”. She had tried several things to fix it but wasn’t successful. When I looked up the Dell model number, it seemed like it was worth fixing especially with its 17” screen. I brought it Rob, who got it up and running for a very reasonable price. The turnaround time was better than expected, even though a replacement part had to be ordered. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased, and even more so when our daughter said we could keep it.

I will definitely be going back. I’ll try out his ink cartridge refilling service next, which should save me some money on expensive OEM ink cartridges. I’ve paid the cost of my printer many many times over just in ink cartridges, so I’m hopeful!

This place was top notch. I called for after hours service. He was able to meet me within 15 mins. Within a hour my laptop was working better then new. The owner is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars, by fixing my old laptop instead of purchasing a new one.

My phone repair cost about 500 to replace screen. When I was notified that it was ready for pick up. I did so. Only to see the camera was disconnected/ disabled. He refused to fix this, said his customers wouldn't be happy as a argument. As a customer, I am really unsatisfied and don't recommend this shop.
