Unless refugee status is held, it seems that permanent residents are exempt from taking the assessment test. I have phoned twice, once for a friend who is a permanent resident and once for a refugee, both calls taking place on the same day. The response I received indicated that permanent residents were not being scheduled for appointments, while refugees were being accommodated. I am struggling to understand this apparent disparity and am worried about the potential for discrimination against permanent residents. As someone who holds permanent residency and is waiting to take the test, I am disheartened by the lack of appointment availability and would like to know the reason behind this inconsistency.

Maybe they should need to tech how to speak a client

To them, you're just a number. Something they can make money off. When you are a newcomer, you can talk about your case for less than half an hour. Pfff. Bunch of emails are sent to your Gmail. And yet, your employment status is the always the same. A desperate jobless newcomer. I would give it zero star. But that can't be done, can it? I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO NEWCOMER.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not once have I spoken to an employee of theirs that wasn’t super rude and unprofessional. This also includes their in office employees. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

They don’t have any one on one consultation with work permit or study permit holders who require the jobs the most, they only consult people who already has a PR or is a permanent resident.
This is quite unfair!
