I had been in contact with someone about a laptop for my child, when I wasn't getting a response on line anymore and totally frustrated, I checked a few places, when walked in to the store I explained to the older gentleman running the store that I wasn't sure what I was looking for because i don't know much about laptops, he pulled out a chair asked me what I was willing to spend concidering its for my 9 year old and pulled out 6 different laptops and a drink! told me to try them and decide witch I like best, he would make me a good deal. All said and done I was in the store for an hour or so, and successfully walked out with a laptop I think my son will love! Amazing experience!

Great service…they worked on my two laptops through the holidays! On one unit, they were quick to come back and tell me that it wasn’t worth fixing (blown motherboard). On the other (broken screen) they repaired it quickly and gave me an accurate estimate for both! Would definitely use this business again!

Nobody in this city had a displayport cable. I checked everywhere and was about to lose hope. I decided to go here and check. The man helped me look around for one, but he didn't happen to have any in stock either. SO he said "I know" and he unhooked the one off his computer he was using and sold me that one (at a very good price). Now THAT is customer service. Very nice store and amazing customer service. I 100% recommend taking a look if you need anything.
