Great service, I took an older laptop with charging failure issues and Your IT Guy helped me by checking it over and gave me an honest quote. I decided not to go ahead with the fix as it was not so cheap. Good experience and I will certainly take any future tech issues to Your IT Guy. No charge for the check and quote was nice. Thank you.

I had an issue with my PC, and needed an urgent replacement. My Wife called Ravi,he attended the call and asked to bring the computer to his place to check if he can fix it.
As the system was old, he suggested to get a new PC. He offered one with a descent configuration for a fair price. I got it from him and is working well .

I had currently been having some struggles with my Laptop. Not being able to connect via USB. I did some self-help with Google/YouTube and ended up making things far worse. Ravi was able to assist me in getting my paper weight of a laptop back to 100%. I'm very glad I chose to go with his business. I will refer friends and Family to go to him for their I.T needs.

IT’S A SCAM!! I got a call from this company complaining my Windows laptop had a virus and wanted to screen control my laptop. But I actually have a Mac barely use it and am a person who knows technology well.
