We purchased a rural property with the plan of building our forever home, though knowing there were some restrictions because of a legacy quarry designation on part of the property and an operating farm nearby. One of the best professional planners I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, I have been a developer since 2004 and have used numerous planning firms in the past. Tracy and her staff are honest, reliable and forthcoming. Zanderplan is well known in the rural municipalities and has great relationship with staff, I would highly recommend Zanderplan.

I usually do not leave bad reviews - but in this situation I absolutely must!! We had the most Horrible experience using Zanderplan, I would highly suggest you stay away unless you want to be billed inappropriately for shady work. We engaged with Zanderplan who undertook some planning work, however their work was littered with errors, they also “advised” to undertake initiatives that were not even needed in an effort to rack up their bill (highly unethical), finally they never delivered on services but yet billed for them anyway. I suggest you use reputable firms like: FoTenn or Stantec. Don’t waste your money or time with this “so-called” planning firm.

From start to finish Tracy and Chris have been nothing shy of amazing ! We have been working with them for over a year now to get 3 properties severed, they have made this process as easy as it could be. They were there to answer all questions along the way and knew every step that needed to be took! They pointed us in the right direction with the contacts we needed ! So quick to answer emails and calls ! Would recommend to anyone looking for guidance on a severance! Really couldn’t have done this without them!
