As this was my first facial ever, I was a bit nervous and self-conscious about someone touching my sensitive skin, but Brittni was so reassuring and kind throughout the appointment. Brittni provided a relaxing environment, and her energy allowed me to feel more comfortable and enjoy the much-needed self-care time. My skin was so beautiful and glowing after the facial. I probably spent a good ten minutes staring in the mirror afterwards in complete shock, as I have never seen my skin so healthy and radiant-looking. Brittni also took the time after the appointment to tell me which skin care products to use based on my skin type and condition, and she was very detailed to explain how to use each product for AM/PM routines. Brittni knows her stuff, and each product that she recommended has worked perfectly with my skin. My skin looks amazing, and I feel great! 🤗

Highly HIGLY recommend Zen! Brittni was so thorough at giving me all the details in proper aftercare for laser hair removal, she was so great with checking in during appointments to ensure I was comfortable.
